Hosted by Middleton Pedestrian/Bicycle/Transit Committee and other city officials and Stone Horse Green Join Mayor Emily Kuhn, members of the city’s Pedestrian/Bicycle/Transit Committee, and other Middleton officials for a slow-paced bike ride around the community. There will be 3-4 short stops to discuss specific projects that are underway as well as future opportunities for improving bicyclist and pedestrian safety in the Good Neighbor City. After the ride, provide feedback to city officials on issues that should be addressed in Middleton's first "Active Transportation Plan."
Starting and ending in Downtown Middleton's new Stone Horse Green, over 80% of the route will follow paved paths or marked bike lanes. All ages welcome! Anticipate a ride length around 5 miles and a return to SHG between 7:30 and 8:00 p.m.
